5.4.1. Authorization to Charge

By using the Platform as a Customer User for bus rental services with a driver, you grant Movenbus authorization to charge the amount displayed on your behalf and in your name by the Platform in an Offer.

Therefore, in the context of a Reservation Confirmation for a planned trip with the subsequent acceptance by the Operator User, Movenbus will charge the Service Price paid by the Customer User.

The amount received by Movenbus is deposited into an account dedicated to paying Operator Users.

As an Operator User, you acknowledge and agree that none of the mentioned amounts received by Movenbus entitle you to interest. You commit to respond diligently to any request from Movenbus and, in general, any competent administrative or judicial authority, especially regarding anti-money laundering prevention. You fundamentally agree to provide, upon request, any evidence of your address and/or identity that may be useful.

In case of non-response to such requests, Movenbus may take necessary measures, such as freezing the amounts paid and/or suspending your Account or terminating it based on these Terms and Conditions of Use.

5.4.2. Payment of the Amount to the Operator User

After the Trip is completed, Customer Users have a 24-hour period to file a complaint with Movenbus. In the absence of a complaint from the Customer User during this period, Movenbus must consider the Trip as completed.

From the moment the Trip is considered completed, you, as an Operator User, have the right to have the agreed amount automatically credited to your Account.

5.4.3. Payment of the Price

The payment of any Reservation Confirmation made through the Platform is done through one of the authorized methods below. The Customer User has the option to save related information from one or more credit or debit cards in their customer account so that they do not have to enter this information systematically when making subsequent payments.

Payment methods may vary depending on the Movenbus platform you use. The authorized payment methods are as follows:

Credit card
Debit card

A Reservation Request will be issued where the system will retain the payment until the confirmation of the reservation by the Operator User, for the complete and effective payment of the selected transport Offer. If the payment is irregular, incomplete, or not made for any reason attributable to the Customer User, the Platform will not accept the payment.

Once the Reservation is confirmed, an email will be sent to the Customer User with the Reservation details.

The Customer User is invited to check the settings of their email address inbox, and especially to ensure that the confirmation email is not sent directly to the Spam folder.

The Reservation Confirmation is final. Therefore, any changes will result in an exchange or cancellation, where the cancellation policy outlined in this same document of applicable Terms and Conditions of Use will apply. Any modification of itinerary or 'extra' price stipulated through the Platform's communication tool or externally, not reflected in the agreement, will not be Movenbus' responsibility for possible intermediation and/or claims.

It is the responsibility of the Customer User to ensure that the transport services are chosen in accordance with the needs and expectations of their planning. The accuracy of the personal information entered by the Customer User is the responsibility of the latter unless Movenbus has proven to have a failure in the collection, storage, or protection of such personal information.
